Pamela Duncan Biography

Pamela Duncan, P.Eng., is the Team Lead, Environmental Strategy in Climate & Environment at The City of Calgary.   In her current role, she is leading Calgary’s first Drought Resilience Plan, launching the development of a Water Security Roadmap with strategic partners and implementing Calgary’s Source Water Protection Plan.  Maintaining water security today and for future generations drives Pam’s work in climate resilience and environmental protection.
