What is health services and policy research?

Health services and policy research is aimed at generating knowledge to address issues related to health service design and delivery and development of health-related policy.

It includes such diverse areas as health outcomes research, health technology assessment, knowledge translation, health economics and economic evaluation, patient/public engagement and health workforce planning.
