This is Public Health Award
This award recognizes an alumnus(a) who has demonstrated the spirit of humanity in a local, national or international capacity through leadership, volunteerism and / or advocacy.
Nomination Guidelines
A nomination must include:
- one completed nomination form
- a letter from the nominee (self-nomination permitted), or a letter from the individual nominating the alumnus(a).
- a CV / resume of the nominee
- minimum of one letter of reference from an individual who can speak to the nominee's impact from leadership, volunteerism and / or advocacy.
Nomination Deadline
This award is given every three years except in years where the Alumni Anniversary Award is presented. The next This is Public Health award will be presented in September, 2018.
