Convocation Spotlight: Brianna Longworth

Congratulations to Brianna Longworth one of our Arts Spring 2022 graduates who has earned her Bachelor of Arts as a Political Science (Honors) student! 🎉🎓

"Although I have absolutely loved all of my academic experiences in university, my fondest memories are connected to the extracurricular experiences I had! I spent a lot of time in my degree volunteering for UASU Events (both for Week of Welcome and Events Crew) and for the UAlberta Ambassador Program, and those gave me some of the best memories of my degree and connected me with many of my best friends who I am still very close to."

"At the end of the summer I am going to be moving to Iqaluit, Nunavut to work in a law office for a few months. I'm really excited about the change of scenery and the new challenges and experiences that I'll get in this next stage of my career! An important thing that AWE did for me was that it made me more open to taking opportunities as they present themselves and made me more comfortable with a non-linear career path, so following this position I have some hopes and dreams about what might come next, but I'm excited to take things as they come and see what's on the horizon!"
