CAP Exam Honors
University of Alberta students are invited to write the national Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP) University Prize Examination.
CAP gives prizes to students who place first, second, and third in the country. In addition, the Department of Physics awards $250 to the University of Alberta student with the highest top-ten result, and $100 to other UAlberta students who finish in the national top ten.
The Department of Physics offers training sessions beginning in the fall. The exam itself is written in February.
