Development of WCHRI Research Laboratories

The Women and Children's Health Research Institute (WCHRI) has established a new, state-of-the-art, wet-laboratory research facility on the 3rd floor of the Katz Building. There is room to recruit 3-4 additional primary investigators. Existing research themes include neuroscience, cardiovascular and pulmonary physiology and oncology. While a priority will be given to attracting recruits with research interests that complement existing themes, excellent candidates with a clear translational research program in any area relevant to women and children's health are encouraged to apply.

The team is seeking junior or mid-career investigators with a strong potential for establishing externally-funded research programs and working in a collaborative group environment. They are currently soliciting suggestions for potential recruits and welcome all input.
