4.2 Fee Assessments and Statement of Accounts

Class Timetable Notice/Fee Assessments are no longer mailed.

Students are responsible for viewing their real-time Class Timetable/Fee Assessments online in Bear Tracks to verify the courses in which they are registered and associated fees.

It is the student's responsibility to find out the correct amount of their fees owing and to pay them on or before the fees payment deadline.

Deadline dates for fee payments, fee refunds, and withdrawals are found in Academic Schedule, Dates, and Deadlines in the Calendar.

Statement of Accounts are emailed monthly to all students whose accounts are past due. The email is sent to the the University provided email address. Once per term a Past Due Statement is mailed to the students address on Bear Tracks.
