(EDMONTON) You're stressed, and we get it. Nobody likes preparing for exams, but you can't let and your nerves get in the way. That's why it's so important to take care of yourself, and find ways to take short breaks. Who better to help than a sweet-natured pup? Neko, from Chimo Animal Assisted Wellness and Learning Society, was on campus yesterday making friends. He brought delight and huge smiles to engineering students who lined up for some snuggles, tricks and laughter.
A visit with Neko is not the only break we have planned for this semester's Engineering Wellness Week, from Nov. 27 to Dec. 1. Among other activities, students can enjoy a paint night, play games, and do yoga. We also have a workshop to teach you how to manage anxious thoughts and find out what foods will help you perform during exams. There's something for everyone.
Next up: Paint Night, Nov. 27
