This block can be used to display anchor tags at the top of your page in a easy to read format. Make sure to set each subtitle on your page as a heading and then add anchor tags to the links based on the headings.

For example, you might have an about section on a page with the subtitle About. Make sure to set this subtitle as a heading such as Heading 3. When you edit the A tag/link make sure to add #about in the href=" " for each section. When a visitor clicks on the link it will 'jump' them to the correct section of the page.
