Young Alumni Council (EnggYAC)

Join us!

Currently, one-third of Engineering at Alberta's 30,000 living alumni are under the age of 35. And this number is only getting bigger!

In 2017, the Faculty initiated its Young Alumni Council (EnggYAC), bringing together a team of volunteer alumni committed to creating more opportunities for recent engineering grads to engage with the Faculty and their community.

Today, EnggYAC meets regularly throughout the year to discuss issues that matter to us and to identify ways we can get involved through a variety of initiatives:

  • Networking and professional development opportunities.
  • Community engagement initiatives.
  • Mentorship opportunities.
  • Speaker series.
  • Diversity in engineering initiatives.

If you have any questions about EnggYAC, contact us at enggyac@ualberta.ca.

And follow us on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter!
