Research/Work Interests: My greatest interest in my work is looking at how to help people maintain their functionality and the planning needed to get there.

Personal Interests: In the summer time I spend most of my time on the golf course be it rain or shine. Other than that, I spend most of my free time reading, watching, and learning about health and fitness to find new techniques and exercises to try with myself and my personal training clients.
