  • Employ consultative and collaborative guidelines for committees and meetings
    • Review all committee terms of references (in progress).
    • Explore intranet web resources for governance and communication pathways. (Listing of all current committees and interest groups/feedback forum)
  • Review and renew the governance structure and communication pathways for FRM

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • Governance and communication resources available on the intranet
  • Guidelines for how to run collaborative meetings distributed and used
