The Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation has a strong group of student advisors who support students from the moment they apply to the day they graduate. During your time as a Faculty student, you will be assigned an advisor who will provide a supportive, confidential environment to help you:

  • Clarify education and career goals.
  • Explore programs within the Faculty.
  • Navigate from first year through to graduation.
  • Connect to additional resources on campus.

Students are responsible for:

  • Registering in courses and building their schedules.
  • Understanding degree and program requirements as specified by the U of A Calendar.
  • Accessing additional student resources when required.
  • Taking responsibility for their academic, career and personal goals.
