The Institute for Intersectionality Studies (IIS/IEI) is a leading interdisciplinary hub dedicated to advancing and mobilizing intersectional approaches in research, teaching, policy, and practice. Our mission is to foster intersectional understanding and responses to social, health, economic, cultural, and political inequities. We work collaboratively with diverse academic and non-academic communities, multiple feminist perspectives, and in ongoing partnerships with Indigenous and decolonizing initiatives.

The Learning & Education Committee plays a crucial role in shaping the future of intersectional education. As a committee member, you will inform the development of training and educational activities for students and other vital stakeholders. Your expertise and insights will guide our mission to create a more equitable and inclusive world through education.
