Financial Schedules
Units are required to follow the month-end and year-end schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting. Financial schedules also provide information as to the availability of financial reports.
Month-end Schedule
The month-end schedule identifies monthly transaction processing deadlines and report availability information.
Year-end Schedule
The University's fiscal year-end is March 31; the year-end schedule is published in January of each year. This schedule identifies transaction processing deadlines, report availability dates, and other year-end information. All units are responsible for ensuring the deadlines applicable to their units are met.
The 2025 Year-end schedule will be made available in January 2025.
Confirmation of Readiness for Financial Statements and Audit
To support senior administration's certification to the Auditor General as to the completeness and accuracy of the university's financial records, senior financial officers are required to confirm their unit's readiness for year-end financial statement preparation and audit.
The 2025 Confirmation of Readiness will be made available before March 2025.
