How to Apply

Application Deadline

Applications open on November 1 and close on March 31.

Have Your Supporting Documents Ready

The application process will require you to upload some documents. Having them ready will expedite your application process.

  1. A Letter of Intent (about 1000 words) outlining your reasons for pursuing a graduate degree and area(s) of interest as potential research topics.

  2. MES Ladder Student Information Form. Save a copy of this form to your computer, then fill it out and submit it with your application.

  3. Transcripts. If you have taken courses outside of your graduate certificate, or since you completed it, you must provide up-to-date transcripts for those courses (issued after July 2024).
Note: If you haven't taken additional courses, you won't have to upload transcripts.
