Change Health Community Program
The Change Health Community Program (CHCP) is partnering with the Office of the Dean of Students to provide students with healthy and active living skills to thrive at the U of A. Students will learn practical and healthy meal preparation, followed by a workshop from campus partners such as the University Health Centre, Campus Recreation and the Campus Food Bank. Program participants are equipped with knowledge and skills in four key areas to promote lifelong wellness: mental health, physical activity, nutrition and social connection.
The Change Health Community Program is a preventative, lifestyle intervention program based out of the Department of Family Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.
This program is FREE for students on a first-come first-serve basis.
