Peter Lougheed Hall
The award-winning Peter Lougheed Hall residence building, located on the corner of Saskatchewan Drive, is full of bright natural light and offers peaceful river valley views from every corner. Groups may book the City Room year-round or the Dining Hall for summer events (May-August). There are also a limited number of guest rooms on site for out-of-town guests.
Peter Lougheed Hall is located at 11011 Saskatchewan Drive. There is limited street parking in front of the building or in (Lot U) just west of Peter Lougheed Hall. The building is also just a 5 minute walk from the University LRT Station and Transit Centre.
City Room
This gorgeous meeting room offers breathtaking panoramic views of the river valley, downtown Edmonton, and North Campus. The room rental includes access to a roof-top patio, state-of-the-art AV technology, and the service and smiles of our professional event staff. Order catering up to your room or buy passes for your group to come down to our all-inclusive style dining room on the main floor (open September-April). Call us to view this space for your next event. Approximate square footage: 1170 ft².
The rental rate for the City Room is $1,500 per day. Capacities are:

Dining Hall
The Peter Lougheed Hall Dining Room is a great location for small summer weddings, conference plenaries, special ceremonies and more. Available for booking from May through August only.
The maximum capacity of the Dining Hall is 160 people using existing furniture. Rental rates will depend on the nature of each event. Please contact our office for additional information.
