Sitecore to Cascade Migration Update

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share an update on our progress and next steps regarding the Cascade Migration Project.

As of November 9, all websites within Sitecore have been migrated. All sites that moved to Cascade are now published and live. We are now entering the last phase of the project: shutting down the Sitecore environment.

The Sitecore environment pre-shutdown activities are currently scheduled to complete on November 23rd. Actual shutdown will begin on November 24th and will be completed November 30th. Effective December 1st, Sitecore will no longer be accessible to users.

Note: We have made copies of the Sitecore media libraries and archived HTML for each Sitecore site. These will be available until December 18th. If you would like a copy of your media library and/or HTML archive, please submit the request using this form by December 15th.

I would like to extend my congratulations to everyone who has helped make this project successful — especially the UR Digital migration team and all of the site owners and editors. The migration phase of the project has been completed on time and on budget. Thanks also to all of you who have provided your feedback regarding the migration and Cascade during the project.
