CASIP Change Advisory Committee

The CASIP Change Advisory Committee plays a crucial role in advising and guiding the University Initiatives Office (UIO) on implementation strategies for CASIP projects. This includes providing expert advice on change management activities that are instrumental in raising awareness, promoting adoption, and ensuring the sustainability of CASIP initiatives. These initiatives are designed to enhance the client experience when accessing administrative services.

The committee will make recommendations on effective communication channels, appropriate messaging, information resources, and training required to enable end-users to access the administrative information and services they need promptly and seamlessly.

The committee’s recommendations are reported to the CASIP Project Sponsors, Project Managers, and Marketing and Communications Partners. The UIO will prioritize the committee’s recommendations and incorporate them into project plans, provided they are within scope and as resources allow.
