Apply to a Program

To apply for a program of study at St. Stephen's College, download the application form for your desired program, then complete and sign it. The application form and required documents may be mailed to the College or emailed to st.stephens@ualberta.ca (Attention: Registrar's Office). The non-refundable application fee can be paid using one of the methods here.

An application for admission to a degree or certificate program is valid only for the intake year for which it is submitted.

Other Application Information

International Applicants

International applicants are advised to consult the International Students page. International applicants are advised to begin the application process for degree programs one year in advance of their anticipated entry date to Canada, and are advised to purchase health insurance coverage.

Application Fee

Each application is assessed a non-refundable application fee (amount varies by program; payable in Canadian funds). Payment can be made to the College via a variety of payment methods.

Incomplete Applications

Incomplete applications to degree and certificate programs, where the process is not completed (e.g., documents not all received, or application fee not received) will be kept on file for one year only.

Transcripts

Prospective students must arrange to have official transcripts of their education at other institutions sent directly to the Registrar by the credit-granting institution. Applicants whose transcripts are in a language other than English must submit certified translations of all transcripts being submitted as part of the application.
