St. Joseph’s College is an affiliate Catholic college located at the heart of the University of Alberta, the province’s premier research institution. We support students in their development as whole people by offering university credit courses that explore the unity of faith and reason. Additionally, we provide a safe, inclusive community through our residences and worshiping community.

Canada Post Service Resumes
The Canada Post postal strike which started on November 15, is over and postal service has now resumed. Service was reinstated on Tuesday, December 17, however it is anticipated that there will be delays as Canada Post deals with the back log of mail.
If you traditionally use mail service to support St. Joseph’s College with a Christmas or year-end gift we encourage you to check out our Giving Page for other ways to give. In addition to mail, we accept gifts in person, by phone, via electronic banking, and online through Canada Helps.
If you do use mail service, and either mailed your gift right before the postal strike or are sending it now that mail service has resumed, please be assured we will process it as soon as it is received.
Gifts mailed to SJC must be postmarked and in the mail by December 31.
All gifts regardless of method of giving that are received by SJC before 12 midnight on December 31, 2024 are eligible for a 2024 Charitable Tax Receipt.
