Rachel Loewen Walker (PhD, UAlberta) appointed Ariel F. Sallows Chair in Human Rights

Rachel Loewen Walker has been appointed as the Ariel F. Sallows Chair in Human Rights with the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. Rachel holds a BA Honors in Philosophy and Women's & Gender Studies as well as a MA in Philosophy from the University of Saskatchewan. She completed her PhD at the U of A in 2019 under the supervision of Professor Marie-Eve Morin with a dissertation titled "The Matter of Time: Stories from a Living Present". Since 2013, Rachel also was the Executive Director of OUTSaskatoon. You can read about her journey here.
