Message from the Director

Thank you for visiting the website. We were excited to be able to launch the International School with our partners at Beijing Sport University (BSU) in September 2023. This new endeavor is the next collaborative step between BSU and the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation who share a history of collaboration and friendship.

We welcomed the initial cohort of 63 students to the campus in Hainan September 2023 to start their undergraduate education in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism. As they and future students learn from instructors from both institutions I hope they will embrace the international experience and environment on the campus in Hainan.  These current and future students are the next generation of sport, tourism and recreation professionals and will be leaders in helping us realize the power of leisure, physical activity and sport to improve quality of life .

We look forward to seeing this collaboration continue to grow in the future as more students, instructors, and professionals come to campus.
