Celebrating Our Vanier Scholars

Named after Major-General Georges P. Vanier, the first francophone Governor General of Canada, the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship is one of Canada's most prestigious national awards programs for doctoral students.

We are proud to acknowledge the Vanier Scholars studying and working with us at the University of Alberta.  Photo credits: Jeffrey Paul Kelley (Amanda Greenwell), Jake Porteous (Holly Mathias).
