From the young age of 10, Eiman stumbled into the world of coding with what began as playful exploration. This curiosity evolved into the profound realisation of technology's transformative power. The creation of a simple calculator, seeming trivial to some, served as a pivotal moment of epiphany for Eiman. She recalls, “turning a few lines of code into something that helped with math showed me how powerful technology can be.” This early encounter planted the seed of fascination for technology's potential to solve real-world problems, laying the foundation for her journey into STEM.
While this encounter established Eiman’s initial curiosity into STEM, it wasn’t until she attended programs like “Girls Who Code '' that her interest truly flourished. At this program, she was able to witness other female coders passionately delving into the world of coding. This inspired her in ways she hadn't imagined, "Seeing their passion and expertise ignited my curiosity.” It was in these moments of shared enthusiasm that Eiman found her calling in STEM. The camaraderie and support from fellow female coders fueled her determination to explore the vast possibilities within the field.
A big turning point for Eiman in her STEM journey has been being a part of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) Science Olympics for four years. She didn't merely participate as a team member, assuming the role of mentor and team captain. Leading her team through daunting tasks proved to be an immensely rewarding experience for Eiman, providing invaluable insights into leadership and problem-solving. What truly sets Eiman's experience apart is her genuine desire to inspire and uplift others, especially younger students eager to explore the wonders of STEM. For Eiman, the opportunity to share her passion and knowledge with the next generation isn't just fulfilling; it's a responsibility she embraces wholeheartedly. By serving as a role model and mentor, Eiman not only imparts technical expertise but also instils confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning in those she mentors.

Rencontre avec Eiman Chaudhry, un exemple brillant de détermination et de résilience. Dont le parcours en STIM défie l'âge et les attentes. Bien qu’elle soit en 10ième année, leur passion pour le codage et la technologie est apparue par seulement ça engagement sans faille pour briser des obstacles dans une domaine traditionnellement dominé par des hommes.
Dès l'âge de 10, Eiman s’est trouvé dans le monde de codage, qui a commencé comme une exploration ludique qui est transformée dans une réalisation profonde du pouvoir transformateur de la technologie. La création d’une simple calculatrice, qui peut l’air insignifiant a quelques-uns, a travaillé comme le moment charnière de révélation pour Eiman. Elle se souvient, “quand j'écris quelques lignes de codage pour m'aider dans la mathématiques c'était d'où j'ai vu combien tellement de pouvoir la technologie peut avoir.” Cette rencontre a semé l'idée de la potentielle du technologie pour résoudre des problèmes du monde, jeter les bases pour sa voyage au STIM.
Un point tournant pour Eiman dans sa voyage à STIM a été qu’elle fait partie du Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) olympiques de science pour quatre ans. Elle n’a que seulement participé comme une membre de l'équipe, mais a aussi assumé le rôle de mentor et de capitaine d'équipe. Diriger son équipe à travers des tâches intimidantes a prouvé d'être une expérience immensément enrichissante pour Eiman, donnent des informations inestimables au leadership et résout des problèmes. Ce qui fait l'expérience de Eiman différent que d’autres est son désir d' inspirer d’autres, plus spécifiquement des jeunes étudiantes qui sont impatientes d’explorer les merveilles de la science. Pour Eiman, l'opportunité de partager sa passion et connaissances avec la prochaine génération n'est pas seulement épanouissante; il est une responsabilité qu’elle embrasse de tout cœur. En étant une modèle et une mentor, Eiman non seulement partage ses connaissances et expérience technique, mais aussi instille la confiance, la curiosité, et un amour pour apprendre de ceux qui elle enseigne.
En réfléchissant sur son trajet, Eiman reconnaît la signification de ces premières expériences qui a aidé à former son trajet de STIM. Inspirée par son propre voyage, elle veut créer une environnement qui soutient les jeunes sans jugement et d'où ils peuvent prospérer, tout comme l'atmosphère stimulante qui a propulsé Eiman et sa croissance. Cette atmosphère a donné l’inspiration qui lui permit de s'épanouir dans la résilience qu’elle a aujourd'hui.
