10 March 2022
Here are the key U of A for Tomorrow updates from this week:
Ask SET Anything: Looking Ahead edition March 29
With the implementation of the new operating model, the university has gone through significant changes recently. We want to ensure you have an opportunity to ask questions and share feedback during this time of transition. Join us for the final edition of our Ask SET Anything series on Tuesday, March 29, from 2 to 3 p.m.
Get to know Groupize
In January, Procurement and Contract Management (PCM) purchased Groupize, an all-in-one enterprise event management software solution. Groupize at the university will launch on April 1, 2022; each faculty, department and unit on campus can use the software at no additional cost. PCM received access to the system in January and as part of the implementation, began onboarding early users of the community who have immediate event needs. Read more about their experience with the software.
New FAQs posted for student services
In early February, the SET team hosted a second Ask SET Anything: Student Services Edition event for employees to learn more about student services and share feedback during this time of transition. The remaining questions and answers from the event are now available.
Thank you to everyone who submitted their questions, comments, and feedback during and after the event. We read each question and comment and take your feedback into consideration as we move forward. We have prepared answers to several of the FAQ's submitted. If your question is not answered here, stay tuned for a future update or submit your question through the SET Feedback Form!
UAT profile: meet Anna Schwandt
