Hiring announcement: Director, HR Service Partnerships

I am pleased to announce that Ravi Narine has accepted the position of Director, HR Service Partnerships effective February 22, 2022.

Ravi has spent the last eight years at the Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) in various roles, most recently as Chief of Staff to the President and CEO and, prior to that, as Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development. He has also worked with Covenant Health, the City of Edmonton, the Government of Alberta, and the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago (PETROTRIN) over his career.

A service-oriented leader with broad experience in team development, strategic planning, business transformation and organizational development, Ravi has an interest in improving the effectiveness of organizations and advising and coaching leaders to bring about desired changes. He believes in maximizing the potential of those around him and their contributions to the organization and modeling and fostering humanistic values into the workplace.

Ravi completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside in Management and his Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Roehampton, completing his thesis on “The Role of HR Leaders in Creating a High Performance Work Environment.”
