Collective Agreement

The first collective agreement between the PDFA and the University of Alberta was ratified on June 17, 2022. The agreement is effective from August 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.

The collective agreement (CA) applies only to those postdocs who are paid directly from their supervisor's grant or whose fellowship money is administered by the University of Alberta.

If you are a postdoc with funding from your country of origin or the funding can be moved if you move, the CA does not apply to you. However, the PDFA is still here to represent you in any employment concern you may have.
