Student Feedback
The Department values the student perspective and realizes that engagement is a key component for effective learning. Students have several venues for providing feedback and suggestions to the Department while completing the program and following graduation. The following represent MScPT processes in which student/graduate feedback is gathered:
- Course evaluations
- Clinical Placement evaluations
- Via Student MScPT committee representatiion on all of the Block committees, the Department Council, the Admissions committee and the MScPT Program Committee
- Exit Survey completed by students during the last MScPT term
- Ad hoc meetings with Academic Advisors and/or the Program Director
- First year Town Hall
- Mid-program meeting with Program Director and ACCE (as part of the procedures for the Student Academic Progress and Awards committee work)
- Block Orientation sessions with Program Director and Academic Assistant/ Block Leader
- Year one student engagement survey
- Annual Graduate survey completed after 1 year in practice
