Resonant Leadership Scale

Effective leadership is important in challenging times; also important is a leadership instrument that can be efficiently administered. Studies with the Resonant Leadership Scale (RLS) have shown that a valid emotional intelligence tool can be straightforward to administer in relation to time and cost.

The RLS is a 10-item leadership assessment tool that can be successfully and efficiently used to study leadership using either telephone interviews or postal questionnaires.
