 Dr. Matthias Hoben is an Associate Professor and Helen Carswell Chair in Dementia Care in the School of Health Policy and Management at York University. He is a registered nurse and health services researcher. His research aims to understand and improve the health and wellbeing (quality of life) of individuals living with dementia, their family and friend care partners, and their paid caregivers.

Dr. Shannon Scott Dr. Raymond is Dean and Professor at MacEwan University and has taught as well as held various leadership positions in nursing education for almost 25 years. Dr. Raymond researches in the areas of nursing education specific to the development of faculty capabilities and effective learning environments, as well as in the area of workforce and internal factors of nurses and the impact of internal factors on work environments. Dr. Raymond has published in key venues including textbooks and journals, fostering excellence in nursing education.
