Trace Fossil Collection
The Trace Fossil Collection in the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences contains fossils that provide evidence of life activities (for example, moving or feeding) preserved in the geologic record. The specimens in this valuable teaching and research resource include burrows, footprints, trackways, feeding traces, and the like.

Highlights of the Trace Fossil Collection can be seen in the Paleontology Museum (B-01 Earth Sciences Building).

Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. CLOSED Tuesday, Thursday, Weekends, and Holidays.
