Prof. Mitchell McInnes co-authors new edition of Oosterhoff on Wills

Professor Mitchell McInnes of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law and his co-authors have recently published the ninth edition of Oosterhoff on Wills, a leading work in the area of wills and estates.

The new edition has been substantially revised to reflect recent judicial and statutory developments. 

McInnes co-authored the new edition alongside Adam Parachin, Albert Oosterhoff and C. David Freedman.
