Prof. Mitchell McInnes releases updated edition of reference book on torts

Professor Mitchell McInnes of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law recently published Introduction to the Canadian Law of Torts 4th ed. The book — extensively re-written since the last edition — provides lawyers and students with a succinct introduction to the many torts that are heard in Canadian courts.

McInnes also co-authors the leading casebook on the subject (Cases and Materials on the Law of Torts) and, with his co-authors, will publish a new edition of Fridman's Law of Torts in Canada later this autumn.
