Professor Roderick Wood has been appointed a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne Law School in Australia. He will be co-teaching an intensive graduate course on secured transactions at Melbourne Law School in July, 2011. Australia has enacted the Personal Property Securities Act, 2009, which is heavily influenced by the Canadian Acts. Professor Wood will be sharing his extensive knowledge of and experience with the Canadian and New Zealand developments in this field. Professor Wood will also be delivering a paper at the 28th Banking & Financial Services Law Conference at Gold Coast, Australia in August.
