Academic Appeals Policy

The Academic Appeals Policy sets out the regulations that give students a right of appeal of their academic standing after a student has exhausted all procedures and appeals available within the Faculty.

An appeal may be made only on the basis that there has been a miscarriage of justice in the case of the appellant.
