Potential Canada Post Strike - Supplier Update and Information

With the potential for a Canada Post strike, the University of Alberta is requesting all suppliers that receive payment from the University via cheque payment, transition to an Electronic Fund Transfer payment (EFT). We encourage suppliers to submit a supplier/vendor change information request form immediately to reduce the risk of payment delay. Switching to EFT ensures secure, reliable, and timely payment directly to your bank account, typically within two business days. EFTs are cost-effective, easy to set up, and eliminate the delays and risks associated with mailing cheques.
