CHINA 101 and 102 - Open for web registration!
The Department of East Asian Studies encourages students to register in Chinese (Mandarin) language study and therefore has made changes to its registration policy. In the past CHINA 101 and 102 has been closed to web registration in order to screen and place students in the appropriate class. After extensive discussion, the Department has decided to open CHINA 101 and 102 to web registration via Bear Tracks. We feel the current practice of summer screening sessions may be problematic to those students wishing to finalize their timetables early in the spring. Screening will now take place on the first day of classes.
