Edmonton Council for Early Learning and Care launches its website!

The Edmonton Council for Early Learning and Care (ECELC) is pleased to announce the launch of its new website! This website houses ECELC publications (briefs and reports) about early learning and care in Edmonton, information about Council members and links to other resources. The ECELC came together to design, promote, and build an integrated system of early learning and care that is high quality, affordable and accessible.
