All In for Youth (AIFY) is a collaborative model of service delivery that provides critical supports to students and families in Edmonton schools. Taking place in schools with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, groups of diverse service providers (i.e., mentoring facilitators, mental health therapists, success coaches, family support workers, out of school time coordinators, nutrition support workers) work collaboratively within school communities to meet the diverse and complex needs of students and their families. The AIFY model is currently being piloted in 5 demonstration schools in central Edmonton and CUP is working with AIFY partners to complete and evaluation of the pilot. One of the demonstration schools was recently featured in an Edmonton Journal article. This article highlights the role of the success coach in the school and illustrates how a school community is changing to better support its students and families. http://edmontonjournal.com/news/local-news/eastglen-tracks-its-students-to-steer-them-to-graduation
