Use the Thesis Binding Requisition

Format for the spine:
Title: Last name: Degree: Year Graduated
Title must be General - The title that appears on the spine of a bound Thesis has to be approved by the supervisor before submission for binding.
Title - Must be in CAPS.

Trimming - yes

PhD Thesis must be in 375 Green
Masters Thesis must be in 750 Black

Pages should be single sided

Do not add CV

Do not add reprints

Minimum Delivery Instructions

• 1 to the Department
• 1 to Supervisor
• Electronic submission only to the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies as of April 3, 2014
