Zeiss 510 META laser scanning confocal microscope

• Argon laser
• HeNe laser
• Zeiss ZEN acquisition software (http://www.zeiss.com/micro)
• AxioImager Inverted Microscope stand (10x, 20x, 40x, 63x, 100x objectives)
• FRAP enabled
• Rates and microscope usage policy

• 405, 488, 546 diode laser excitation
• Leica DMBRE inverted microscope
• Stage mounted chamber (temperature and CO₂ regulated)

(Located in the Simmonds Lab, 5-19 Medical Sciences Building)

• Stage mounted heating module
