Drop-in Activities
Taking study breaks is important as they allow your brain to rest and recharge, helping to maintain optimal productivity and focus. By giving yourself short breaks, you prevent mental fatigue and burnout, enabling you to return to your studies with renewed energy and clarity.
Study breaks can also improve retention and comprehension by giving your brain time to process information. Overall, incorporating study breaks into your routine supports efficient learning and enhances well-being.
