If you're a new student, or just new to being on campus, it can be hard to navigate all of the services available to you. Here's a list of some services (included through your athletic and recreation fee) to help you find activities that suit your interests and meet your health and wellness goals.

Get access to the following facilities during operating hours:
- Hanson Fitness & Lifestyle Centre (including two hours of personal training and nutrition services)
- Foote Field Dome student drop-in
- Foote Field outdoor track drop-in (May-October)
- Aquatic Centre
- Drop-in facilities and activities including free equipment sign-out
- Outdoor gym (located along Saskatchewan Drive on the east side of the Humanities Building
- Outdoor tennis and bean bag toss (located between VVC and SUB) including equipment sign-out
