March 1: Exchange Application Deadline

March 1* is the deadline to apply for an outbound Exchange Program during the 2025/2026 academic year (including Spring/Summer, Fall or Full-Year programs) through the Alberta School of Business International Programs Office. Students interested in a potential exchange for 2025/2026 should contact the Exchange Coordinator and get started on the process right away to ensure applications are completed by this date.

*NOTE: timelines for certain partner destinations might be earlier than our our general application deadline of Mar 1. Please consult the Exchange Coordinator as soon as possible to clarify the specific deadline for your destination of interest.

The application period for ASB exchanges during the Winter 2026 semester will continue to remain open until spots are filled. However, early application and planning is always recommended.
