How do I receive my membership?
You can decide whether you want to pick up your membership at the Garden the next time you visit or have it mailed to you (mailing times are dependent on Canada Post strike).
I recently bought a membership at regular price. How do I take advantage of the Alumni pricing?
Thank you for supporting the Garden with your earlier membership purchase! Just contact us at uabg.info@ualberta.ca or call 780-492-3267 and we'll refund the difference. 
I want to give a membership as a gift. Can you mail it to someone else?
Sure! We can mail your package to an address other than your own, or specify someone else as a membership holder. Due to the Canada Post mail strike, we may not be able to mail your gift membership before the holidays. However, we will email you a postcard acknowledgement that you can share with your gift recipient until we can mail out packages.
What does “unlimited admission” mean?

Year-Round Members you can visit as often* as you’d like in all four seasons, whenever the Garden is open. The Garden opens for the spring in May and will be open in all four seasons from May onwards.
