Give to Anthropology

The Department of Anthropology has long benefited from the generous donations of alumni, faculty members, family and friends of the department. You may make a gift for the current year or contribute to or create an endowment that provides support in perpetuity. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all donations.

Gifts to the Department of Anthropology - Current Programs

You may direct your gift to be used for undergraduate awards and scholarships, research and conference travel for graduate students, or to a general department fund to support visiting speakers and special events. How to make a gift:

1. Online (credit card) - Please use the secure ONLINE FORM

Please note: If you wish to donate to an area not listed, be sure to specify on the form that your donation is to the Department of Anthropology, and identity how you would like your donation to be used.

2. By Mail (cheque) - Please make your cheque payable to the University of Alberta and indicate which fund you would like to support in the memo line. Send your cheque to:

3. By Phone (credit card) - Please call 780-492-7587. The University Advancement Office can take your credit card by telephone and direct your donation to the fund you wish to support.
