We have a class, format and an instructor for everybody!
Fitness is all about creating the best individual experience for each one of our participants. With our team of Accredited Fitness Professionals, we offer unparalleled access to education, participation, and contribution to all things Health and Fitness!
We have services, equipment, and expertise to safely and quickly get you to your goals and strive to ensure everybody is given the opportunity to live a healthy, strong, and balanced life. Whether you enjoy individual conditioning, need nutritional advice or find your stride with group exercise, we've got something for you!
Group Fitness Programs
Group fitness classes offer a huge variety of formats, personalities, times, and locations - everything you need to put your health first and stay active! REMEMBER: Classes are available for ALL levels. Registration is open until the start of the third class, but you can Drop-In for added flexibility and spice!
Group Fitness Drop-in
Single Drop-in pass: Student $10 / Staff or Member $12 / Public $15
10-Class Pass: Student $90 / Staff or Member $110 / Public $130
*Term (unlimited): Student $265 / Staff or Member $306 / Public $324
Small group fitness training will work on increasing your functional fitness and strength in a progressively challenging manner.
These sessions will be facilitated by a personal trainer with the benefits of individual attention with group motivation. Exercises can be catered to each individual and is welcome to all levels of fitness!
Training and Nutrition Services
Stay on track with your personal health and fitness goals with one on one coaching. Whether you need help from a Certified Personal Trainer or Dietitian, you can count on our consultants to help you achieve the results you are looking for!

Virtual Service Some of our services are also available in a virtual format. Virtual offerings are discounted 15% from the printed costs. Please contact carly.frenkel@ualberta.ca for any virtual service requests.
