SET Change Network
The Service Excellence Transformation (SET) team has set up a group of on-the-ground faculty and staff who are dedicated to leading lasting change for the university.
The SET Change Network has been meeting monthly since February 2021 to learn more about SET, share updates, and set a course for continued conversations to occur throughout the coming months. These change ambassadors will guide and counsel colleagues in understanding, moving through and managing transformation within our faculties and departments by:
- being a link between SET and their area and assist with information flow
- supporting their colleagues during the implementation of the change
- acting as the local presence with knowledge of what is going on in the "inside"
- sharing ideas and gather feedback from colleagues on proposed solutions
- becoming early adopters of the new processes or systems brought about by the change
